how many miles do you have on your car? Do you mean the timing belt?

It's not a belt, it's a chain, and you don't need to replace it.

Anyway... the manual says to check the drive belt every 2 years or 30,000 miles. The drive belt is self-adjusted. But if it is over the range indicator, you need to replace it.

I have now 73k+ miles on my car. I look at the range indicator. It looks like it is too loose already.

And for the timing chain thingie. You still need to change it. It won't get broken like the timing belt. But the bushing for the chain will still worn out and make the chain loosen.
