Did you damage the car next to you? Did you leave a note?

People like you are the reason we have door dings in the first place. People who don't respect other people's property and just carelessly let their door swing open, then say..."oops". Just because you don't care enough about your car to take precautions doesn't mean the innocent person you parked too close to doesn't. Respect the car next to you, even if it's a Civic or a Kia. It could be that owner's pride and joy.

I feel your pain, but you're kinda askin for it if you're parking that close to other cars and then pushing the door open willy-nilly. These doors open wide, and they've been called "killers" because they can open and shut themselves if you're not careful. You can't have flawless doors (or bumpers or rims etc.) for long without being 100% careful 100% of the time. And even then, you can't control for everything.

It could be worse, and you could be the guy with the messed up mirror -- sorry had to say it :P

You oughta be able to find a mobile dent doctor of some sort that can help.

I think you're not careful enough. You deserved what you got. I hope you didn't damage the other car.

Nice....You hit the car next to you, and you're more worried about your car than the one you hit. Then you bitch that "my car dents too easily". No doubt that if the hit was bad enough to dent your door, it did at least some damage to the other guys mirror. Still waiting to hear if you left a note....

You shouldn't worry so much about your car if you're gonna be careful. And no, the car doesn't dent too easily.

I was cleaning my passenger door inside window last week and I got a little overzealous and ended up pushing the door into the corner of a brick pillar right . I immediately swore and took a look at the damage that I did and I was surprised that there wasn't a dent or any damage whatsoever to the paint. Lucky me.

Of course you didn't do it on purpose, you did it out of carelessness and that would have earned you a good :nutkick: if I had been on the receiving end, because it's just as bad as doing it on purpose. Plus, you expect this to happen when you park beside a shitty old Sunbird or K-car, because you know those people generally don't have a sense of what a nice car is and how to keep it that way.

You have a nice car but you don't act like you deserve one. And you even have the guts to complain you car dents when you hit someone else's door. Honda doesn't build their cars to dent other cars! :shakehd: :thumbsdn: :spankme:

all i got to say is whenever i see a dent in my car and i know for a fact its a car parked next to me, well what comes around goes around i always say. dont be suprised if the car door that dinged my TSX doesnt look the same after im gone.

only problem is the only door dings i have had came from my wife in the garage with the Honda Pilot we have. so this analogy hasnt worked for me yet.
ive already spent over 100 in paintless dent repair for the "self inflected" wounds of the TSX. she makes fun of me because she says my TSX is to fragile whereas the pilot is tough.

i've had good and bad experiences with dents on my TSX. i've got two dents that i have no idea where they came from. one is like on the side of my roof. but then when i got rear ended by a Lincoln Navigator my bumper barely has a scratch. you have to be like 3 feet away to even notice anything.

Pretty much every car dents and scratches easily, not much you can do about it. Many idiots don't think when opening doors and parking. The best thing to do is just park far away and hope no one is near your ride.
