Hey guys,
I just called Acura dealership if they can install an I-pod interface in to my 04 TSX with navi, and they told me that they can't but recommended
some shop. At the same time they have told me that the warranty for the Navigation and some other electrical parts will be void .
Is that sound is right or they just full of sh... ?

If the non-Acura shop installs electrical components, and there is an electrical related equipment failure in your car that was caused directly by the installed Ipod components and the Acura dealership can prove this, then the section of your warranty that would have covered the repairs to fix the problem will become void.

Why don't you try it yourself? There are FAQs all over this site on what you need and how to do it. I did it this past weekend and hooked up my nano to the car. Total cost was less than $150, not including the nano
