Condensation In Headlight
All of a sudden, it seems that I have condensation in the passenger's side headlight. The actual HID itself seems to be like hazy/milky compared to the driver's side, too. Is there anything I can do besides take it to the dealer?( the closest dealer is 150 miles away)

well if it is the actual HID light itself, then the dealer will probably charge you to get a new bulb...if it's the headlight unit then this is a known issue that Acura is aware of, they will replace the headlight unit, not the bulbs....
Well its both. The actual HID light seems clouded compared to the driver side HID. AND the plastic headlight cover is condensated up too. I just got my TSX back from the shop because I had a fender bender. You think that they potentially messed with a seal or something while fixing my bumper?
Maybe the fender bender caused some unseen damage to the headlight seal, and is now just causing the condensation.
The stress of the impact was probably partially absorbed by the headlight housing.

Hey guys.. this is crazy. I too have the oem headlight condensation problem. It is actually on the driver side headlight. I noticed it this morning when i got to work. There was never any damage to the front of my vehicle and there are no mods aside from the front lip. I wonder if the dealership sabatoged my car because I just picked it up last night for other issues. I never had this problem before. The entire thing is almost fogged up. Sucks!
I had the same problem a month ago. Acura has a TSB out for condensation in headlights, so it seems to be a common problem.....lets hope it doesn't come back and bite us in the @ss when the warranty is gone. Anyone that has this problem should go to their dealer, Palm Beach Acura replaced my passanger headlights in 45 mins and they had replacement parts ready and I didn't make an appointment either. The sad thing is my car is only a few months old and under 5k miles. Quality.........

Same problem for me. Took it in under warranty.
Wait like an hour and a half said they fixed it but the new one still had condensation.
They gave me a rent a car and I came back after another 1 or 2 and it was fixed.

It's amazing Acura hasn't fixed this quality issue yet with their headlight housings!

Oh well.
Really.. wow. I purchased my vehicle at DCH but i've been going to open road of wayne for my services. I have no experience with the service at DCH. The only thing I hate about open road is that they always give me old / beat up loaners. What kind of loaners do you get at DCH.
700 miles over Warranty
Just wanted to let you guys know that I took my car to Karen Radley Acura in Woodbridge with the headlights condensation problem and they said they couldn't do anything about it since I was over my warranty. The service person said he tried to call Acura to see if they would cut me a break since it was only 700 miles and surprisingly they said they couldn't do it.
I know techinically they don't have to fix it cause I'm over my warranty, but I think its bad public relations not to considering I'm young and most likely I would have stuck with acura for a few more cars. Oh well ... what can you do .... oh they quoted me 600 dollars to have the headlight unit fixed/replaced.

My appt to replace the passenger side light was rescheduled until next Wednesday. I am within the standard warranty and purchased the extended. My Service Advisor explained they would replace the headlight assembly, HID bulb, and the Ballast. He said they would essentially replace everything forward from the wiring.
