There are pretty complete and fairly easy to understand instructions in the owners manual (we added my wife's blackberry pearl to her 07 TSX).

Heres a watered down version...

1. Press the "Call" button and then a beep will sound.
2. Say "Phone Setup and it will say "Phone setup options are..."
3. Say "Pair" and it will speak the pairing instructions.
4. (a) Speak the 4 digit code that you will have to input into the blackberry pearl.
(b) Make sure your phone is ready to be paired up at this point because it'll give you around 30 seconds to a minute...
5. Enter the code into the phone and it'll ask you to name the phone.

Once the final step is done, the car will confirm that the phone is sucessfully paired. That's all there is in a nutshell. Also you should try to keep the manual in the car or somewhere safe. It contains alot of important information and you wouldn't want to have to go search it up on the forum everytime you need some quick information. Good luck.
