Heated seat switch backlight burnt out
The backlight ain't backlightin' anymore, maybe because it isn't winter anymore it thinks it can take some time off.
The orange indicator lights for Hi and Lo still work, but the rest of it doesn't come on. I can only assume the center console has to be taken apart and some sort of bulb is replaced.
Does anyone know if it's this simple, and the procedure to take apart the console to get at the switch? Once I see the source of the light it shouldn't be too difficult to replace it (hopefully), and it is a manual transmission if that makes a difference in the take apart.
Thanks so much for any information you can provide. Take care.

Yes, the center console must be opened. There is a small bulb for each rocker switch. Both of mine went out and I had the dealership take care of it. I was still under warranty at the time.
