Has anyone changed a tailight before?

I was trying to change my right side tailight because it was cracked and after taking the three screws from the inside of the trunk, I started pulling the tailight and I realized it did not came off. So, I called the dealer, and they say that it has a screw from the bottom. Then, I looked at my new tailight and indeed, it had a threaded hole in the bottom part (poor engineered). The dealer wants $150 just to change the tailight because they have to remove the whole bumper.

Has anyone changed a tailight before? is it something you can do by yourself?

THe bumper will require some effort to be pulled from both sides. It's like a lego piece.
