I just replaced my right halfshaft on an 04 and still experiencing the same problem. I have been told that it may have been over-torqued. Is this a possible reason? The part was new...not a reman. Does anyone have the torque spec for this...since I am having a real hard time trying to look it up. Any info would be nice, thanks.
