Guide to replace 5AT Tranny fluid?

I spent about an hour searching posts on how to replace the tranny fluid on a 5AT. most threads discussed in the past have member discussing when to change fluids/what types of fluids to use. After reading the owners manual and researching from other sources, I can't find where the drain plug for the tranny fluid is, and is "flushing" the tranny three times adequate enough? Or better yet, has anyone posted a complete guide to replace the tranny fluid, maybe even with pictures?
On a side note, can someone tell me where is the location of the engine oil filter? I jacked the car up and when underneath for about 15 minutes. I changed the oil but I have no idea where the oil filter is. Thanks!

Look at post #20 in this thread: https://acurazine.com/forums/showthr...t=transmission
That gives you the drain plug location. Flushing (i.e. drain then fill) 3 times should be adequate. It will replace 81% of the fluid.

I just did my auto trans fluid change. It is not located behind the driver wheel. It is located more medial with the head of the drain plug facing the passenger side. You won't be able to see it easily because of the underbody splash guard thing. However, if get under the car and look up at the guard there are some small holes, looking through one of them (closer to center of car) you should be able to see the nut. To get to the nut, you can take off the whole splash guard which looks like a bitch to do, or you can cut along the hole and make sort of a small flap, big enough to get your wrench in and for the fluid to drain out. Since I like to change my fluid often I decided to make the small incision and pull the little flap back when I am draining the fluid and it folds back neatly in place.

For the oil filter, you will have to get under where the down pipe from the header comes out (this means getting further under your car) and look towards the passenger side, you should see the filter. Good luck.
