The other day, i was trying to back out of a spot, i notice a very slight grinding noise as i was finish backing out, and that is when i notice my shifter wasn't completely engaged into 'R'.

What sorta damage could've possibly cause by this??

 

heh no damage, all real racers grind reverse :P

No biggie...

Of course it's not a good thing to do but it won't do any really damage if you only do it a couple times.

 

Like Dan said. It's no big deal so don't worry about it. Honda trannys aren't that bad....
