Fogs not working

Alright so I've done as much searching as I could do while at work and still have not found an answer. So I recently purchased an ebay fog light kit (I know I know) from k2motor and it does not power up. All the wires are correctly installed. Ground wires are grounded onto the frame and radiator support. The "Ligition" wire has been cut and fuse taped with the wiper fluid fuse under the driver seat. The switch button lights on and off but no fog lights. I even went far as switching out the fuse relay with one from a different working fog light and still nothing. I've found numerous threads on it but nothing seemed to help out. Can anyone provide any feedback?

If this is an LED light, polarity is important. Wires could be reversed on ebay product.

Suggest contacting product manufacturer for trouble shooting steps.

Check that power and ground are available?

good luck

Nah, it's just regular halogen fog lights. There's power going to the switch as it lights up and gets brighter when it's "turnt" on but nothing to the actual lights. Not sure what I'm doing wrong. I've read a bunch of other threads of the exact same fogs/same seller and people getting them to work.

Purusing the Acura 04-07 manual I found that 06-07 models have a fog light relay under the hood in multi-relay box on driver's side.

You should ID your Acura model year in a signature line so responders will know what you have.

Acura shop manual is avialable for download from automanualsource.com for $22.

good luck

Gotcha; it's a 05 TSX. auto if that matters. Not really sure what to go about here. Already emailed the seller and pretty much wants me to ship it back but no point since i already "spliced" into another electrical area.

I never did find a circuit diagram for the fog lights, so don't know what else might interupt power to the lights.

good luck
