Fog light flim

I'm about to install some HID fogs. I have read through the posts about various rock protecting films to put over the lenses. Can anyone recommend a film that will NOT discolor or melt?

These are the 4 I'm considering:

Xpel film
3M chip guard
rockblocker

I think any film is fine since the hid's run cooler then the stock fogs.

I put XPEL on mine 3 years ago and no discoloring yet. I have the fogs on whenever the headlights are on ('06 vehicle).
