What is the best way to get acces to the oil filter ?
From the top, from under the car or from the side (removing the wheel) ?
Thanks

Check the Owners Manual.

but....I get access to it from under the car with a honda oil filter wrench. With the wrench its no problem, you are likely to get an oil spill cause the filter is at a bad angle.

i was about to try from the "top" this weekend after i sort out the oil filter question (like to use the larger one) look like it's possible but unsure at this point. if this is possible, it will make oil change much easier!!

just changed the oil and filter this weekend, .. buttom is such a tough location.. but good news is you can easily access filter from the top! either way, you will need a swench. i believe Wallmart's graphite filter wrench is #5 or #2, test if it fit FRAM's PH7317, #5 wrench is probably larger but i tested it will fit both PH7317 and Honda OEM filters.
if you want to access the filter, open the hood, stand on the passenger side front sway bar(top), and look down area on top of drive shaft, you will then notice the blue filter.

i would like to warn you, while it may be easier to access filter form top, be careful of
1. exhaust heatshield is nearby, i advise you to either use a gove or test if heatshield is hot
2. you may lean on the side panel body trying remove/install filter, careful not to scratch the paint
3. oil filter wrench is a must have at this case!!
4. remove filter with oil drain pan underneath before you raise the car!! it will be easier. does not matter for install but a few phone book help.
4. do not use wrench to spin on the filter, use your hand and guide it since it was at an angle but you need to feel it thus can be a little dificult at first.
5. make sure no leak!!

that's all!!! have a great time!!
