You must say "phone book", then "Edit", then the name you want to edit

Are you talking about the phonebook for HFL or addressbook for navi? If it's the addressbook, you need to hit the "setup" button, and then hit the button at the upper right of the screen (I forget what it says, either edit or more options). There should be an addressbook setting there.

They range from voice commands - to phantom changes that get made to the computer for no reason: Dealer isn't able to figure it out. Nobody else drives the car, 'cept me.

THANKS, I'LL GIVE IT A TRY....TOMORROW I AM HEADED TO THE DEALER TO SEE WHAT THEY CAN TELL ME. I HAVE NO PROBLEM IF THEY WANT TO EXCHANGE THE UNIT, IT'S ALL UNDER WARRANTY. . . THIS SEEMS TO BE THE WAY ACURA HANDLES ISSUES...EXCHANGE, - DON'T LOOK FOR THE PROBLEM. The book I have is for the Honda Accord module - same device, smaller screen.
Thanks again
