Easy to remove rear bumper cover/fascia ? How ?
SSM TSX. Got a tiny ding just above the rear tire, at the seam between the bumper panel and the metal one above. Hardly noticeable. Looked like a bit of paint came off the inside edge of the seam. Too tight a space to sandpaper, etc., so just pushed in touch-up paint - but I can see a light 1/2" streak of brown (rust?) inside the seam there now.
I dread a body shop, because it always seems standard practice to repaint large areas for the smallest blemish. What I'd like to do is (if possible) is drop the rear bumper cover so I could sand, prime, and touch up paint this small very area. Is it possible ?
Thanks.

I haven't done it on the TSX, but removal/install doesn't look too difficult. There are a total of 10 fasteners of various kinds.
