Driver seat not comfortable
I find the driver's seat to be uncomfortable. I move around looking for a better position. It's worst in long drives.
I noticed in other forums the same problem.
I tried the new TL seat and the feeling is completely different.

I agree. I drove from L.A. to San Francisco and back on I-5, and it was uncomfortable for my back (and a bit firm for my bottom). I moved the lumbar lever in every position and adjusted the seat angle, but it was never really comfortable.
I have a '94 Sentra SE-R that I put 156,000 miles on (including 5 cross-country trips), and let me tell you... it ain't the price you pay that always determines quality and comfort. I remember driving 18 hours one day in my SE-R without it being uncomfortable.
Maybe I'm just getting old (31), but the TSX seat gets uncomfortable after a couple of hours!

I agree with you two. However, my Accord's seats aren't that comfortable either, but they are somewhat better than the TSX's seats.
I drove my TSX a lot over the summer to places like NYC, Iowa City, and Washington DC from Chicago. I just couldn't stop driving my TSX after I bought it. However, the seats would get uncomfortable after two hours on the highway. I would find myself moving around, stretching my back and legs, and adjusting the lumbar supports. It wouldn't work and I would have to stop and rest for a while before I resumed my trip.
On the other hand, I find that the CR-V has the best seats of the 3 cars I own. I used that on long road trips before I bought the TSX and Accord beater and I don't get uncomfortable in the CR-V at all. Now when I travel on long road trips its in the CR-V again.

Hmmm...that's odd...I just had a 2k trip last week and i thought my tsx seats were pretty comfy. i drove almost 11 hours straight at one point(just stopping for gas) and didnt feel any back pains or discomfort. but my lude on the other hand gave me back cramps on long drives that i actually had to get a lumbar pillow...but my tsx was fine
that's funny that you say the CR-V seats are comfortable. I guess it depends on your height. I find the CR-V seat to be very uncomfortable after 15 minutes of travel. On the other hand, both the Pilot and the Element's seats are perfect for my height.
I just pulled a 1k trip over thanksgiving and I loved the seats far more than any car I've owned to date (2 VWs, BMW, Civic).
My only issue was that I felt the padding in the bolster next to my left leg might be getting a little soft.

It really depends on your body habitus and build. I find the TSX seats to be really very comfortable, once I have adjusted it to the setting that works for me. Initially it was hard to do that, but once I found that setting, it has been wonderful since.
I know, the TL seats seem to be deeper and very comfortable too.
I found the CR-V seats to be the most uncomfortable. It's really a personal preference.
