Aftter taking panel off and checking to see if the pocket was loose (it wasn't - welds were solid), applying dynamat to the inner pannel, my damn rattle is back on the passenger side. I am beginning to wonder if my body kit is contributing to the matter. I have taken it to the dealer twice for fix but they can't seem to 'find 'n fix' the rattle - can't be replicated even after service mgr rode in the car and heard it. The rattle certainly sounds like plastic on plastic in the lower half of the door. 16 mos and 24xxx miles later still no solution. Any ideas fellow TSXers? :killer:

 

I took the door panel off again and can not find the source of the rattle. Everything appears to be solid. I put some foam tape in the areas I thought might be causing the noise. Need to take a test drive soon.
