Just found cause for door rattle. When I had my 6.5" put in the front doors, the passenger side had a small rattle when going over rough surfaces. The door pocket was in good shape, welded solid to door panel. The inital installer did not replace zip tie he had to cut to get the door off. The zip tie held the power window cable in place. It was free-balling inside the door; was hitting against the door panel and made the noise. Took it back to the installer and they fixed it plus put in dynamat to help insulate the road noise. I am happy now after 24000 miles.

BTW, got 32 mpg this weekend - drive between Houston & Dallas.
