How do I remove the two compartments below the NAVI. The door below the NAVI won't stay closed and the door below that won't open all the way. Please help!

open up two compartments (the one right below your navi and the one with the not-an-ashtray compartment) so that itll be easier to pull it out. place your hands, palms up, under the top compartment, lift up while pulling until you hear or feel a click, and pull completely. it takes some force but you wont break anything. when you pull it out, look at the sides and you can see the mechanism and look for any obstruction.

i dont know how to remove the bottom compartment though, sorry. hope someone hear can help him.

Did you recently remove the compartment? Usually that happens when the upper has been removed and then not completely seated upon reinstallation.
