i know this has been here a long time ago.
those who purchased recently, please let me know if the the rear view mirror has any issues?

Is it a big deal if it vibrates?

 

Just got mine. Even with the bass up, the only thing I notice is that the mirror vibrates with the bass (just like the rearview mirror in any car with bass) but there ISN'T any noise/rattling/buzzing at all.

...and I really like the auto-dimming at night.

 

4/2/04. No mirror vibe. But I dont go much over 20-25 on volume.

No rattles either.

 

Cranking up the music vibrates the heck out of the review view mirror.... but that's a good thing. That's the price you pay for bass, I don't see the problem.

 

The (non-audio related) mirror vibration is likely caused by out of round tires. My mirror vibrates early in the morning during fridgid weather. Once they're warmed up the vibration subsides.
Once springtime temps were prevalent the vibration completely dimished .
