Hi guys,
I have been lazy for the past couple of days without parking my babe into the garage and last night, I found the right light house has condensation....... and overnight, it is now gone. I wonder whether anyone who live in cold winter, like minus 20 or lower, got the same probem. Since the condensation is now gone after the temperature get warmer and I believe it will not be covered by waranty..... any sugestion?
Thanks guys!

I believe there was a recall about condensation in the light housing for 04-05 models.
I should really take mine back to the deal to get it fixed.
Speaking offtopic here, do you know if you can take an Acura car back to any Acura dealer to get recalls fixed or do I have to go back to my original dealer?

You should be able to go to any dealer to get it fixed. What if you moved cross-country and there was a recall and your dealer is 3000 miles away? Originally Posted by justinangil

No problems going to any Acura dealer, just stay away from any dealer that has a thread with the name in the title and is about a horrible experience, haha. I recall a lot of recent negative talk about downtown acura in Toronto I think it was?
man...now is getting worse...... the condensation is back.... and the left one had been replacd a couple yrs ago and now has condensation as well... this pissed me of!!!!
Aside from it... my car got hit and run while it was parked at the train station..... HELL!!!!!!
Now... will u guys take the car and have the bumper to be repainted first if u were me? as afraid the damn dealer will blaim the hit cause the prob and that of course is not the case...... nor I am going to claim the insurance for the paint job as u all who lives in Ontario, Canada knows how nasty the insurance companies are!!!! Any suggestions will be really appreciated. Thx.!!!!

I live in Edmonton, so its gets cold here also. there is a recall for that , when i took my '05 in for other work, they just went right ahead and fixed the headlights. They told me there is a condensation problem and all its needed was a new seal or metal hook thing

There is acutally a recall on this and I have already took my car to fix it. However..... it doesn't seem the problem is fixed in this case......

The recall explained that they would first install clips to prevent further condensation issues and then possible replacement if this was not effective. Get to your dealer ASAP.
