Does engine fan blow as condensor fan with AC on?

I would be most grateful if someone could check the two fans under the hood for me on their ride.
With the AC on can you please tell me if both fans blow the same amount of hot air from the radiator? It appears that the condensor fan blows harder than the engine cooling fan.

My engine cooling fan ( driver side )recently failed and I replaced it with an aftermarket Depo unit .

I feel that during idle my ac is not as cool as it was before. I have already had Acura remove and replace freon. I am thinking it could perhaps be the lack of power of the after market depo unit. That would be the case if the drivers side engine fan blows as hard as the condensor fan which resides on the passanger side. But I dont know.

I had a chance to check this out for you today, and it appears that both fans are running at about the same speed.
