I have an 04 TSX (131K) that has been good to me but I've been having a whirly grinding/puffing noise going on by the belt. I suppose the easiest thing to say would be to change the belt but I don't think it is the belt. I took a video of the noise it's making to see if anyone else has had this problem with their TSX.

I had a new A/C compressor installed last year along with the condenser, evaporator and drier. I also had the tensioner changed last year as well so I don't think that is the problem. I'm worried that the A/C compressor is starting to go again right after my 1 year warranty is up but it makes the same noise whether or not the A/C is on. Have any of you experienced this sound? If not the compressor what do you think it could be?
