Detailing

Got a lot of scratches on my car from hurricane sandy and the scratches have been bothering me since then... Is it worth the money to get your car detailed?

depends how much it bothers you. you could always buy all the stuff yourself and DIY. a full blown paint correction detail done professionally ain't cheap.

Depends on how long you intend to have this car and if your car's vanity is worth investing.

I'm guessing insurance didn't cover it.

How bad are the scratches? DIY really wouldn't be that difficult, plus once you got all cleaned up you'd feel better about it since you did it yourself.
