Crunching sound in windows

I tried a search, but did not come up with anything.

I have this crunching noise that comes from the door/window when the front two windows are lowered. The problem only occurs when the windows are being lowered from the closed/near closed position and for only about 1-2 seconds. Happens in the heat and the cold whether.

i sorta have something similar in my passenger side window. its only when going down, I think the trim gets a little stuck when the window is sliding down and makes a noise. Only happens when the windows go below the halway mark and only for a sort time. Doesn't bother me though as I rarely open my windows.

I had the same thing with my driver's door when I put down the window. As the window went down it caused the panel to twist a little. I ended up taking my panel back off to put felt on the rubber inserts and the noise has gone away.

I had something similiar when i was driving in the city. My window when going down sounded like something was getting in the way, i pushed the trim away, and it seemed to fix itself after a few times, havent had the problem since

Thats crazy... i had the same sound. Going to see if I can fix it myself, if not, going to add it to the list of stuff the dealer can fix when i take it in for its 1st oil change.

At least I am not the only one with this problem. I guess I'll just add it to the list of rattles and things for the dealer to look at.

Thanks guys.

Have had the same issue on the passenger side doors. Did any of you guys make the dealer fix it?
