A coupe AC questions and observations.

The weather has gotten a little cooler her in FL,. around 70 F today. I sat in my car for my lunch hour and had the AC on manual position for 40 or so mins on coolest setting with fan on level 2 and 3.
Not sure if it used to do this but noticed the compressor kick in and out every minute or so and each time it did the electric fan would come on for about 30 or seconds then turn off.
The fan and compressor would come on and off all the time for the above duration of 30 seconds. Is this normal?

When I left the car I also did not noticed and water under it, normally when I idle for 30-40 mins there is water from teh AC draining down the road. This time there was not even one drop? I dont think I have a leak.
Could the cooler weather be causing this?

Yeah it is normal for the compressor and fans to cycle on and off like that. The reason why you are not getting water underneath the car is because the weather was probably not humid at the time.

Thanks for the answer. I'm relatively new to AC and stuff, I came from a country where AC wasnt needed in cars LOL.
