condensation in fog light

i've noticed this happening for a while, it was just a small spot at first but its pretty much the whole lens now. i cleaned the lens off last night to inspect for cracks, i don't see anything but now that its sunny out i'll check again closer.

i had the fog lights installed by the dealer, will they cover this type of thing under warranty? i did replace the bulbs in the fog lights with hoen xenonmatch bulbs. i'm wondering if they will hassel me about that and say thats why its leaking. the hoen bulbs actually had a lot better seal on them than the oem bulbs. i'm wondering if i should take the offending fog light out and take it apart before i involve the dealer. what do you guys think?

they shouldn't give ou any problems about the bulb but from stories I've read about dealerships I'd put the stock one back in before you take it to them. Then they'll replace the fog light if its bad.

I read the installation manual for the factory fogs and on the care and usage page it mentinos that the fogs can fog up on cold days. I am not sure whether or not the upgraded Hoen bulbs will affect condensation...i would think they'd heat up real fast and clear it all. BTW, how to the Hoen replacements compare to the stock H11's?

If the dealer installed them they should be covered. Definitely put the original bulbs back in though.

I installed mine and have had not problems at all.
