Clutch

How do I go about bleeding my clutch? I think I'm getting the same 3rd gear grind/crunch as many TL's on this forum. I've changed my tranny fluid twice this month. The first time to the new acura/honda manual tranny fluid and just today I changed it to the GM Synchromesh Friction Modified fluid. Is there anything else I should try doing besides bleeding my clutch?

So I followed the lines down from the slave cylinder and found a bleeder valve by the clutch fork. Is that where I'm supposed to bleed the clutch? What is the proper way to do it?
