Clicking sound when wheel turned all the way

I noticed that my wheels are making a sort of clicking sound when I turn it all the way right or left. Is this abnormal or have I just not noticed it in the past?

Thanks

Your wheel nuts could be loose, or if you hear this why you are driving, your CV joints are bad.

I have a popping sound that is coming from mine. It's not happening at any specific point, but basically when you're turning the wheel, you would hear a metallic *pop* periodically. This also happens when you take off from a stop, or when you accelerate while going really slow. I am taking it to the dealership tomorrow.
