Clicking Noise when driving/braking

I have a 2004 TSX with about 136kms (85 mi). When driving, there is a clicking sound heard from the front wheel area (both sides) - a "click...click...click..". When I brake, the sound immediately gets to a faster beat - "ClickClickClickClick". It is only heard when the windows are down.

There is nothing touching the rotors, and the calipers are fine (inspected by my mechanic and a Honda dealership). What could it be?? I have recently changed my brakes to cross drilled/slotted rotors and Hawk ceramic pads, but the sound was there before anyway.

I am getting new control arms installed this week, so I'll get my mechanic to check the other suspension/steering parts as well.

Thanks!
