Chronic Road Noise

I've had rumbling coming from the back of the car, and the dealer changed both rear wheel hubs and bearings 4 months ago. The noise completely stopped and my car was quiet again. Until this week. Its back. I thought for a moment that it was road noise from 26K on the Pilots, but the tire shop didn't want to change the tires; still have at least 10K on them... I'm assuming the second set of hubs and bearings are bad as well.
Has anyone else had this problem, and if so what can be done about it?
Owning this thing is frustrating because it has the potential to be so damn great, yet it falls short. My brake rotors have been resurfaced and recently replaced because they were warped, rattles all over the damn place. How did this car earn JD Powers top rating ?

Sounds to me like you got one of the few that slipped through quality control. It's bad luck, dude. Sorry to hear about the problems.

I would take the car back to the dealer. It's their problem.

I would hire a lawyer and claim a lemon law if you still under 18K miles (check eligible for the lemon law mileage in your state attorney's general office - consumer affair division). My car has a little dash board rattles, dealer had an attempt to fix it and so far without any success.
I've talk to my lawyer and he suggested to give them 2 more try to fix these rattles and than
I can claim a lemon law case.
I will feell sorry for the car because except these dashboard rattles everything else is just great but I'm not going to tolerate this defect for my $27K.
A own 2 Honda products, Acura TSX and the Honda Accord 2003 EX, both cars with navigation and $4K less cost Honda with all cheaper interiort has no rattles at all, I have it for almost 2 years and have no complains. Actually my Honda quality was the main reason to buy TSX so that I gave up Honda to my wife.
