changing rotor/pads cause steerwheel vibration?

I just changed pads and rotors for 05 TSX by myself. Now I can feel a little bit of vibration at 80 mph (sometimes at 62mph). this vibration is not very noticeable, but still there. Wheel balance has been done 2 months ago.
Do u guys think changing rotor could cause such problem, e.g., rust (between rotor and hub) not lubricated, lug nuts not torqued correctly et al. Or I should re-balance wheel?

me thinks the 2 bolts that hold the rotor are not tight enough or you could be right about the rust between the rotor and hub. I'm assuming you torqued the lugs to 80? Hope you find out your problem!

If that didn't fix it...

It might be, dare I say, user error...

Dead stops and then staying on the brake can cause the rotor to warp. Easing up on the brake and rolling the stop should help.

i think theres a thread on here that argues the opposite... that braking hard and biting the pads causes less heating/wear.
