CD ERR message....what to do?

I have an '04 TSX w/ Nav and 6 disc changer. The CD player has suddenly stopped playing and will not eject any of the 6 discs in the player. I've read forum posts about resetting the player but I am the 2nd owner of the vehicle and I don't have the anti-theft code if that will be required to do the reset. Please help!!!!!!

If the radio is the one the factory installed, then the radio code is printed on a label on the left side of the glove box wall (on the outside). It's a 5-digit code.
A full power removal and restore of power might reset the player.

If resetting the head unit does not work, search for a thread on here about sending the head unit to Alpine for repair. I think it runs $160 which is less than the dealership price.

if you dont have that card in your acura leather book and not on your glove box i think we also have it on the back of the unit. all youd have to do is pull the top tray out and get a mirror and look for it. and if you didnt unplug the battery then do that check fuses etc etc.. there might even be a manual eject button on the back? be pretty cool or just unplug it from the harness and replug in.

Is the security code the same thing as the "PIN?" I thought the owner chose that 4 digit code, or am I wrong? Because that's the # I don't have.
