Well about a month ago, I had to take my car back in to get the whole front board replaced (the radio and temp control) just because the lights to the buttons went out.

Has anybody noticed when they have their highbeam(hid) lights on, the lights to the buttons also turn on ofcourse, and inside the storage compartment at the front, the green light stays on even when the cover is closed. Once it is on the a little while, it is very hot inside the compartment, DON'T TOUCH THE LIGHT! very hot! Same with the button lights, they get quite hot as well.

I wonder is it that when we turn on the HID too long, it just burns the fuse to the lights on my radio and temp control as well. But it's funny, when I brought it in, they just said they can't fix it and had to change the whole system! Does it mean I have to change it every couple months?
