Car jerking right and left on acceleration and deceleration

No one ever posts the fix so I will leave a fix for this. One person get in the car and one stand outside the car looking in space in front of front tire and behind fender. Look in at your compliance bushing. It is the big one most forward of the lower control arm. Guy in car switches from drive to reverse while on brake. These big bushings are out and front end has 1 inch play except on turning and braking. I would change ball joints two so you don't have to go back. Bushings 13$ a piece. Ball joints 33$ labor is 175 . You will see a lot of play testing like this. There is also a arrow on rubbers that you mark on lower control arm to press back the same. Tell your mechanic. Is there any advantage to replacing the entire control arm versus only the front compliance bushings? For example, refreshing the other bushings in the LCA's?
