Buzzing noise from engine when turning -VIDEO INSIDE-

My tsx has been having a low whining noise from the engine for the last 3-4 weeks (wasnt there before). You can hear it at low rpm's and in reverse.

However, yesterday it started making a really loud buzzing noise when I turn my steering wheel. I have a video posted below of where the sound is coming from. Its in the belt area shown.

Has anybody else had a similar problem or know what needs to be fixed? The car has 125,000 miles on it. I'd really appreciate any input or advice. Thanks

I just checked and yes the power steering fluid level is quite low. i will pick up some fluid tomorrow from the dealer and see if that helps any. do you think that is the only problem or is the pump itself more likely the issue?

Check to see if it is your harmonic balancer. My just went out. I haven't got it fixed due to the fact I got in storage. I am currently deployed. I check on the price for one and it's about 65 bucks. But the labor is going to kill you so be prepared if that is the problem.

is that the same thing as the drive belt? I just checked my auto-tensioner arrow and it is definitely out of range according to manual.

Take it to the dealer. I thought it was my drive belt to and I had it replaced but it wasn't. I have about 94,000 miles on mine and it's and 04. THe harmonic balancer is towards the bottom. It is really hard to get to thats why it is going to cost you an arm and a leg for labor. Be prepared if thats the problem

P/S Pump

I looked at your video YouTube. I am having the same issue with my 06 TSX. You stated that you change your power steering pump hose. There are 2 hoses that connect to the power steering pump. Which one did you replaced?
