Busted the bottom lip of bumper

I was pulling out of a parking spot that had a very high curb on one side. When I was cutting the wheel I did some real damage to the corner of the bumper. It was originaly pushed in and I was able to push it out but there is still a scratch on the paint along the bottom and there is a deep gash on the bottom lip of the fog light hole.

What do you guys suggest replace/repaint bumper of compound/sand/repaint bumper
