The visor on my moon roof suddenly cracked yesterday? i look up and i see a huge crack.. it just snowed here in new york so i don't know if that contributed to the problem.. but any ideas why this would hapen? and if warranty would cover this?

 

probably the cold got to it, cold weather contracts plastics and usually they dont like to be contracted like that. Plus the cold makes everythign more brittle.

 

If your car has warranty still I would think so since it broke on its own.

 

did u get it installed when u bought the car?
some places dont honor the warranty on parts unless it was installed during delivery

 

i dont think it will be cover under warranty.....

 

the piece was already on the car when i got bought it out of the showroom.. i just got it like.. a month ago?

 

jsut go and ask.
