Brake noise just before stopping

I had my 16 000 km service done at my Acura dealer and since then every time when my wheels are about to come to a complete stop, my front brakes make a weird noise. The noise is kind of hard to describe. It sounds like when you rub a clean wet window with clean finger. It sounds like brake pads stick to the rotor for a short period of time, then it lets go, and then sticks again, over and over again until it comes to a complete stop (No it's not my ABS as I can do this on dry pavement coming to a stop slowly). Is there anyway I can fix this without bringing it into the dealer again? Would a bottle of brake cleaner solve this problem?

Thanks

You'd most likely have to reproduce the problem for the dealer to have them work on it....or you could just go in....drop to the floor...start flayling around like a 2 year old until they decided to started working on your car...it's up to you...
