Pardon my bad - the condenser is up front under the hoos - I am not sure what this part is called - but it is drain for the (heat exchanger?) where the water accumulates and can dribble inside in the passenger foot well when the drain is clogged. I need to know how to open that drain.

I haven't check the TSX, but can you lift your car from the passenger side near the front tire, look underneath and check to see if you can see a clear plastic tube. Generally that's your drain tube in most vehicles. That's what I would clean first, Toyota's generally have this and my old '95 Accord had this too.

[EDIT] it's isn't supposed to be an "open the drain" type service thing, it's supposed to automatically drip out.

the correct term is the evaporator drain.

put the car on a lift and blow some compressed air into the drain pipe if you think its blocked.

I'm not too sure with the TSX but at work we get a lotta them stuck and the rubber tubing for drainning water is located passanger side (well that's where the evap is) under the car and if you look right above lower control arm, you should see it. And beach accord is right, just blow it with compressed air and you'll be fine.

Did you get this figured out? My drain line is clogged some where and I am having zero luck with shops or finding out where to blow out. I get water outside of the car and inside of the car. It was suggested I take out the center console to look and see what's back there but I don't wanna start ripping shit out until I know that'll help.
