is this a battery problem for my 2006?

the check emissions" and "VSA" light was on and i take it for inspection report:
PGM-FI: App sensor A-B correclation ( P2138)
ABS : Battery voltage failure
: ECM/ PCM relation failure
: internal power source
body Electrical: abnormal battery voltage.
this was its say on the computer..
any1 know what happen or any ideas about this?

Well, P2138 is "Accelerator Pedal Position (APP) Sensor A/B (Throttle Position Sensor D/E) Incorrect Voltage Correlation".

Given the trouble shooting has lots of loose connection checks, I'd have the battery tested and the alternator tested.
