Bad Gas? Engine Sputtering

Bad Gas? Engine Sputtering
I have a '06 TSX Automatic with about 61,000 miles, and keep up with all the maintenance and it was in for service about 1,000 miles ago.
Today literally after going up the onramp leaving the BP after filling up with 92 my engine felt like it was sputtering as I waited for another car to accelerate. Engine was almost jumpy. Seemed fine after I got up to speed. No problems cruising or accelerating at highway speeds.
When I turn at lower speeds though it sputters again and has trouble getting back up to speed, or at least thru the first couple gears (its an automatic). Also when it does this the engine light flashes some but stops once it seems the power is back.
Again, I just noticed this after filling up with what was supposed to be 92 octane (the highest you can find in Kansas or Missouri. I think I would have noticed it prior to that as I was driving pretty quickly today.
Did I get some bad gas? Did I get screwed by a gas station? Or is it sound like something otherwise? I plan on calling the dealership tomorrow to have it checked out, if this is something anybody could resolve I'd like to know that as well.
Thanks for your help.
Mike

By engine light, do you mean the Check Engine Light?
In any case, I don't have much experience with the TSX...but when my '96 Ford Thunderbird flashed the CEL, that indicated that the ECU detected a misfire.
It may be worth it to grab a code reader and see what codes may be pending.

Do you fill your tank all the way up to the tippy top? There's some emissions junk to control the gas vapors that can get messed up if it sucks liquid into it. The place where it sucks from is up at the top of the fill neck. If you fill it up real high and then start sloshing it around there's a real good chance you've caused yourself a problem.

Filled it up to whenever the pump clicked off so who knows. From other accounts Ive read I think its a O2 sensor. Put some water drying fuel supplement in I'll see how that works (we've had a lot of rain lately).

The check emission light has switched on permanently. Forgot to mention that earlier as it switched on after my first post. That's how I narrowed it down to possibly the sensor

I'm thinking it's very likely evap stuff connected to the gas tank. That's a pretty severe reaction to an O2 sensor unless it's completely dead. Either way, I think the codes will answer the question real quick.

U probably have a missfire code(P0300) not an evap code. An evap code will come on after a few cycles of the engine and after u have driven a few miles. Did u run the car till almost empty? If so u might have sucked something up running it low. Have the dealer scan the code and let us know what the code is.
