Exclamation Armrest tray lock repair

I broke the tray lock in the armrest and am trying to fix it. I have detatched the armrest from the console, and removed all the screws I can find. However, I have not gained any ground on accessing the broken one (#20 in the below link).

Before prying the pieces apart (and breaking something else), I wanted to find out if anyone knows where I need to go from here.

Any advice or links for directions would be greatly appreciated,
- LR

Just go to the dealer and he'll give you a new one....i really dont like the arm rest console. It looks really cheap and doesnt close properly. My dealer gave me a new one because i try to fix it and the console can not close it.

I journeyed back in the Wayback Machine to find help dismantling the armrest (I also had to replace a broken LOCK, TRAY), and took some pics to help illustrate this problem for future readers. See my DIY post here.
