I am currently deployed in Afghanistan I have an 05 TSX and the wife was driving and the engine light and vsa light came on and the car would not go. I been reading a lot of posts and I see the APP sensor. It got towed to a shop where it was looked at and quoted at 1700$ but nothing said about an APP sensor. It sat there for 2 days and the wife went and picked it up of course I didnt pay the guy the 1700$ he asked for and now it is driving fine for her. I return to the states in 3 months and was wondering could it be the APP sensor and if so will it hurt anything to go the 3 months untill I get back to fix it cuz I would rather do the work and want to avoid the dealership at all cost. Any more info on the matter would be great thanks.
