That clip on the end of the "pneumatic" arm that slowly lowers the glove box?

I forgot to unhook it while replacing the air filter and the 2nd half of the "C" that grabs the thing in the glove box broke.

Well, I am trying the superglue route, but I don't have much faith...

Anyone had to replace this? Cost?

Seriously, is there a way to get a hold of a repair manual for this part? I am not opposed to purchasing the whole mechanism for $40, but after looking, I still have no idea how to remove the old and install the new...

 

Did you ever figure out how to replace this arm? Mine is broken as well.
