Annoying Rattle Coming from Trunk/Center Tail Light Area!

I just got my new '06 CG/Ebony AT TSX about two weeks ago, and am beginning to notice an annoying rattle right around where the center mounted rear tail light is located. I lifted the trunk lid and tapped around, and pinpointed the rattle to a little black box that is hanging from the ceiling of the trunk. It appears to be part of the lock/unlock mechanism that allows you to fold the rear seats down.
Has anyone else noticed this rattle?
Does anyone have any advice about how to stop these annoying little rattles?
The "funny" thing is: my mom's old Acura Legend had a rattle from the center mounted tail light, as does her newer CL. Now mine has started!

I have an '06 too and just notice this rattle last night. The black box is kind of loose, I tried pulling it out, to no avail.
I think it holds the spool for one of the rear seatbelts.
need a fix!

Hot glue... it works wonders.
Its usually my solution to rattles caused by loose wires or dangly parts. Just use a pinch and be sure you're not hosing anythign up. The best part is it is so easy to undo if you need to change something, and its way cheaper than sticking things down with dynamat. I did this trick in the trunks of my last 2 cars after I installed soundsystems that caused wires (98 benz) and junctions (94 volvo) to rattle annoyingly.
