Advice with Dealership

So, here are the issues I am experiencing but cannot get my dealership to duplicate any of it. Rattling/buzzing from the driver's door, rattling in the dashboard, and the shaking when braking. I took it in 3 times now and they insist that they could not find anything during the test drives. I know that these problems are inconsistant but they are annoying the 'heck' out of me. Any suggestions on how to get my issues resolved?

i had similar problem with my last car. CL-S. the dealer advisor offered for me to leave the car there. He will drive the car home, drive around. and take it back to work next morning in attempt to simulate a regular daily life routing to reproduce the problem. If u trust him with ur baby. that is the only way to go . unless u find a way to reproduce the problem consistantly

shaking when braking, they should be able to fix the warped roter. the other rattling problems, tell them that you are not crazy and that it exists and you want it fixed or you will complain to acura about your dealer.

Thank you so much for all your feedbacks. Maybe I just need to go to a different dealership. The one I currently go to (2 mins from my house) know me because I am there so often and I get the feeling they don't want to help me as much. I already tried to get them to replace the rotor and they informed me the technicians must first be able to duplicate the problem. I got another 10,000 miles (5-6 months) left on my car so I guess I will complain some more....

The shaking-while-braking should be present every time you brake if its a warped rotor. Don't understand why they wouldn't be able to reproduce it. Next time you go take the service guy for a ride with you.

Dont just let them take the car for the test. Tell them you want the tech to ride with you so you can point out the problems...

it seems that everyone has been having problems with the buzzing-i mentioned it to my acura dealer awhile ago (it happened to me like a year ago) and they said that they would fix it. After reading everyone's posts about how they rarely actually fixed the problem i decided to get my whole car dynamatted. It goes in next tues-let you know if this problem is finally fixed.
