AC leak? Passenger floor flooded..

Is there a TSB? Paragon gave me a $2500.00 bill for this.

I KNOW FOR SURE that the care wasn't flooded. And I've been using the AC quite a bit.

Someone PLEASE help me, time is not on my side.

I had a problem with my 2004 TSX when I bought it last summer. It turned out to be some kind of hose that drains water from the AC unit that wasn't attached. The passenger side front and rear floor flooded every time the AC was turned on.

Was gonna say, $2500 seemed pretty step for a blocked/unattached hose.

No warranty. They just billed me.

Not only that, the radio button was missing and there was a new dent on the passenger side fender. I'm out of a car for 1 month and out of $2500.

Was the car used in a dirby or something?

Something doesn't seem right... more info needed. Mileage on the car? Is this the first time of this flooding problem since new?

oh snap! i don't ever go to acura of manhattan or paragon for service.

i hope your TSX is under warranty, i'd get back that $2,500, call acura up, if you used a CC - dispute that charge; that's BS.

The work was already done.

They replaced the computer, the whole floor, then then "found" some other $600+ part, and 6+ hours of labor.

AND, the F*CKING towing company made a dent in the fender. (Someone leaned on it really hard to hook it for towing.)

RRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR. I am so pissed.

wat the heck... didnt wanna take to dealership? ... oh well anyways. you should be ok. call AMERICAN HONDA. explain the problem to them. mail them your receipt. you should get reimbursed. I DID THAT with my other honda our family owned before and they are very good about reimbursement. cause if your car died it died, what can you do... but just not sure if they would pay all 2500. but call them now

Please: Tell us the whole story!?

Why did you get it towed? What do they attribute the flooding to? How much water got in the car? Did you forget your windows open during a shower? What is their reason for not warrantying it? Why do they bill you for the dent on your fender? Is your car on a lease, etc...
