i went in for my second service on may 25, after getting the service my steering wheel had severe vibrations at high speeds (over 100km), i took it back to dealer and they balanced the fronts tires and did an alignment....the problem never went away...dealer said if this doesn't fix the problem then they will put the front tires to the back like they were before the 2nd service...then i will have tire wear like crazy....what u guys recommend?

Have them perform a brake inspection to verify the condition of your rotors and pads. If your rotors are warped even mildly, you'll feel a bit of vibration that can make your steering wheel vibrate. If they are moderately warped, you'll definately feel the steering wheel vibrate under normal braking.

1. Did they perform any repairs once the previous warping was revealed? If so, what repairs (in some detail, please)?
2. Return to the earlier question regarding over-torquing the lug nuts which may contribute to premature warping. Also consider that driving habits to contribute a high amount toward wear on brakes.
It is possible to warp rotors more than once.

Tires, brakes, and alignments are considered as wear items (especially once you get past the 12 month/12000 mile warranty coverage). They are NOT bumer-to-bumper items under any conditions, so they do not fall under the 4/50 coverage. In other words, the dealer does not have to repeatedly service them under warranty per customer complaints. If there is reason that the wear is from driver action/abuse, they don't have to offer the customer anything in support under goodwill claim status. Once an item is considered as abusive and not as normal wear and tear, it is a customer-payable claim for repair.
This is the status in this case (in my opinion) without seeing the actual physical evidence. I'm not so sure that the dealer over-torqued the lugs so much that it induced rotor warping in just 2 months. If anything, it may have been supplemental when combined with driver habits. I want to know what the pad depths and rotor surface measurements were on the initial inspection when the rotors were previously resurfaced. This can give me a clear view as to the wear patterns.
let me clear things up a little.....my rotors were warped......i could feel the vibration in the wheel and also when braking and going down hill...dealer re-surfaced the rotors....problem went away..had no problem going past the 100km with no vibration
when the 2nd service was done then i could feel vibration on the highway at speeds over 100km....only after the 2nd service was done that this started happening not before.....also i don't abuse my car....
