Arrow 2006 TSX - Minor Issues - Seeking clarification

Hey all - got a 06 TSX 6MT with 160k on it. I know it is high mileage, but it seems pretty damn well taken care of. Paid 6k - bit high, but I was in a hurry.
I do have some questions about a few little things I've noticed though, and would appreciate advice.

1. Higher RPM acceleration only (4k+?) slight wobble felt from front end. After a bit of research I assumed front passenger inner cv - any ideas on confirming/denying this? Recommendations? Visual inspection proved useless.
2. Hit Cruise - no light on dash - wont engage. Is there a fuse for this? Should I take off the cover plates on the steering wheel and look for obvious damage? Wiring issue? Looked in manual and saw nothing... -_-
3. AC on - rough-ish idle - Saw a few things about cleaning the throttle body, is this always recommended and are there proper methods?
4. Could be relevant to #1, but every once in a while, starting from a halt in 1st, turning the wheel, there is an odd sound. Not quite a squeak but not quite metal on metal - power steering related? Are there recommended things to check/replace to be preemptive?

Other than those things which seem all minor to me - besides #1 - I love the car. Used to have a 6MT TL, and loved it too.

Note to 1:
When I let off the gas, it stops. Not sure if that is it exiting the range of RPM that causes the wobble aka proving inner CV, or what, but figured it is worth noting. I've already read it could be motor mounts, but I want to be sure how to differentiate between the 2 issues - I'm used to motor mounts having predictable symptoms and easy identification.
